Delivery areas

Our standard delivery fee is for the region between Atawhai Nelson and Richmond.

If you need something delivered outside our standard delivery areas, we do deliver to the following areas for a higher fee: Todds Valley, Glenduan, Wakapuaka, Hira, Lud Valley, Appleby, Brightwater, Wakefield, Hope, Upper Moutere PLEASE select this option at checkout so you are paying the correct delivery fee. If not then we will not be able to fulfill your order.

Ordering times for same day delivery

Monday- Friday orders need to be received before midday. For Saturday deliveries we ask that orders be received before 10am to guarantee your order, you're welcome to order after that cut off and will do our best to accommodate your order.

We also have a rural delivery option, please note that we typically cannot do same day delivery for rural areas. If you do require same day delivery please give us a call or email to confirm if we are able to do that. Thank you!

Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, you're welcome to add a note as you check out regarding an ideal time but we cannot make any guarantees.

We do occasionally take on orders for delivery outside of our normal hours and areas, please call us directly on 0210709239 to organise this with our team.

Our Delivery Service

To ensure your flowers arrive looking fresh and beautiful we like to deliver your order personally, if this is not possible we will use trusted, specialist floral couriers. Please note that for deliveries to hospitals, hotels and retirement homes the flowers will be left with the front desk who will ensure they get to the recipient.
 
Delivery Address

Please ensure you provide correct delivery details. We can take no responsibility for an incorrectly supplied address or lack of access (eg. gated properties and apartment buildings). If we are unable to locate the correct property or gain access the order will be returned to us for redelivery or pick-up. We may need to charge for redelivery.

No One at Home

If there is no one at home to receive your order we will endeavour to find a suitable place at the property to leave your flowers (e.g. protected from the sun, rain or wind) or, if suitable, they may be left with a neighbour.
