RETURN POLICY
We take the quality of our blooms very seriously but if you have any queries or concerns about your flowers please send pics through within 12hrs of receiving them so we can find a solution.
PAYMENT METHOD
For weddings and events we do ask for a 30% deposit to secure your date. This is fully refundable up until 1 month before the date of the big day. We ask that the balance is paid at this time also.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
A few local boutiques and co-ops are selling our dried bouquets. If you're interested in selling out creations please reach out at info@floraflora.co.nz
